Amanda at Amanda's Cookin' gives you a simple recipe with just enough ingredients to make one batch that instantly satisfies your chocolate chip craving. No more trips back and forth into the kitchen every 12-15 minutes! No more dough getting dried out in the fridge only to be dumped a few days later because you only wanted those cookies one night and they didn't even turn out that great! (not that that's ever happened to me of course..)
Now these are how her's turned out...I'd show you mine but it's...well..
Yes, embarrassing because they are a little over done BUT they tasted good! And don't mock my pan, it's time to get new ones!
Anyway, try them out. They are tasty, soooo easy to make for that chocolate fix and easy to put in school lunches or in a jar on your desk AND the best part, you can actually dunk these cookies into a mug of milk without having to bite it down to size. Seriously, why didn't I think of this!?
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
